Dr. Mullins was raised in north central Indiana. He attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelors of Science in 1978 and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. He married a class-mate, Jule Zugelder, and they have been married for over 35 years.
They are blessed to have three sons and also share their home with two orange-boy kitties, Jack and Henri.
Tom’s servants heart has led him from the farms of Lancaster County, PA through Ohio and back to Indiana. There he served on a school board for 16 years, as a Cub Scout leader, and became active in a church.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities and especially enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.
